Our Philosophy
“In my practice, I integrate depth-oriented counseling with somatic awareness, astrology, and encourage alternative practices like reiki, to help clients explore unconscious patterns and embodied experiences. While traditional psychoanalysis focuses on uncovering deep-seated narratives and unconscious conflicts, my approach complements this by incorporating body-based awareness and archetypal symbolism to offer additional entry points into the psyche. Astrology, for example, functions as a symbolic language, much like dream analysis, helping clients externalize and reflect on unconscious dynamics. Reiki supports nervous system regulation, fostering the safety needed for deeper therapeutic work. By weaving together these modalities, I help clients move beyond intellectual insight into embodied transformation, aligning with the core psychoanalytic goal of greater self-awareness and integration.”
